    Sometimes I get pretty off track with my nutrition for a week or two weeks or hell, even a month and I kind of just roll with it because I always get back on track and I think it’s better for my mental health to embrace it as opposed to shaming myself for it.

-I’m back from San Diego and I miss my spray tan and my pool-side lounging terribly :(  Now determined to get rich as a fitness model and move there, solid plan right?
-After a week of eating and drinking, today is my first day back on the healthy train!  The mental health break was necessary, but now I’m just eager to get back into my routine again.
-I think I screwed up my ankle or something because after my last beach run, I’m super stiff… Probably no running for me for another few days :(  Why does this have to happen just as I’m starting to enjoy running whyyy
-Thinking about making my blog a little more personal, but I think I’m too boring and too shy :U
