    There is so secret. No tea. No pill. The answer is what you already know, don’t hope there’s some fucking secret short cut because there isn’t.

    Work your ass off and results will come.

    Becoming a fitblr was the healthiest thing that I’ve ever done for myself because I used to workout so that I could eat, but now I eat so that I can workout. I think that’s a really important change!

  5. my friends took me to a fast food joint today and made me try a burger there since I’d never been before… I skipped the bun and only ate the patty but my tummy is not happy :X  but hey, I just looked up the nutritional info and found out that I got 28g of protein so I don’t feel so bad.  I put that beef to good use and had an intense leg workout afterwards!

  7. I got a Nutri-bullet and omg best investment ever.  I make really yummy fruit smoothies every morning with breakfast now.  This morning’s shake was made with kale, banana, peaches, pineapple, and unsweetened almond milk.  It went very well with my mug cakes :D

  8. I’m having a particularly good body image day today :D  I love my stomach and I love how my arms are starting to look a little more sculpted.  I’m looking forward to a day of yummy healthy food and kicking my own butt in spin class later this evening:D
