I blended 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein, some ice cubes, and a cup of chopped strawberries to make this baby.    It was the perfect way to replenish after lifting at the gym, and at 230 calories, it fit well within my calorie budget!
